Shaky Hands
I dont know why, but its been so many years that my hands shake a lotwhen i hold something eg: bottlenof water, cup of coffee, etc., is this a secere problem? If so, please let me know whom should i consult. These days am feeling weak and when i stand my eyes are turning and my head is shaking at times. Please let me know whom shouldni meet.

Hi I understand your concern and anxiety... possible causes may be underlying anxiety disorder, thyroid disorders,sleep disorders,intentional tremors,certain medications ,cerebellar disorders etc...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..consult nearest neurologist for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.

Hello.. Well we need to see as what you are mentioning is tremors- coarse or fine...well alchol will cause tremors...i need detailed history of it and apart from that few hormonal conditions like thyroid,liver diseases may cause such symptoms... consult a physician first...thank you
