Sharp pain in left side of abdomen
Hi , I have sharp pain in abdomen while bending or lifting weight in my left hand.I was on uneven diet for 2months and long walking for past 2months..

This can be some muscular pain. Bit other causes like hernia etc need to be ruled out.
