Sharp pain in pelvic area, blocked bleed
Hi doctor,
I faced sharp pain in lower abdomen and mainly in vagina during first day of my period for 2 cycles. It was extremely sharp and I had to get pain killers injection. That only lowered pain, but did not stop it. There was no bleeding, just clots were there for 2 days. Today is third day, and bleeding has started but pain is still there.

Becoz of passage of clots you can have pain when mouth of the uterus trys to open.pain can also be due to release of chemicals to initiate pain. So meet a gyno and get usg of pelvis to rule out other conditions causing pain.
