She can't pass stool(hard) easily.
Last 6 month, she can't pass stool easily. It is very painful. Stool is very tight and it come as one big loop. There 1/2 day gap between the passing the stool. Meet with doctor, in allopathy , during medication it's ok but when medicine over problem occurs. Same condition in Homoeopathy . Any suggestion plz suggest

Diet modification is the only effective treatment for constipation.diet less in milk and rich in fibres. She should sit in toilet two times a day at fix time.
Next Steps
if persists then requires  some investigations.

You need to continue treatment for atleast 6 weeks. Also diet modifications (reduce milk intake to 250ml per day, more vegetables) and regular toilet training is must. You haven't mentioned age or weight of child, so can't tell any medication
