Avoid using that hand for a month. Better immobilize it with a plaster so u can give complete uninterrupted rest to ur elbow. Through swd tens and physiotherapy also u can try to alleviate the pain. If no relief then can get steroid injected locally over there. If that also doesnt work then u have new procedure of prp being injected for better healing. Responses to this treatment varies but u can give a try if nothing works.
