Shin muscle pain
I am playing football for past 5 months on every weekend. But past month I have developed this pain in my interior part of my shins. Both legs. It starts only when I play after 10-15 minutes. And it goes away when I stop playing. But the pain is very excruciating and it affects my game. Please can you help.

This is looks like Shin splints, when muscles, tendons and bone tissue become overworked. Shin splints often occur in athletes who've recently intensified or changed their training routines.The main symptom is pain in the leg. Treatment includes rest, ice and pain relievers. As we need proper stretching and graded exercise regimen.
