While running m getting shin pain. This happening with me since one year. Could you assist me how to get rid of shin splints permanently. I will highly thankful to you.

Common reason for shin pain is muscle fatigue and bone weakness. Get your vitamin B12 and D3 and calcium levels tested. Low vitamin and calcium levels are common cause of this kind of pain.
