  4. Shivering and fever. Rises to 104f.

Shivering and fever
For past 5 days I am suffering high fever. When I taking medicine my body temperature is getting normal but once it's medicine power is getting over again my body temperature rises to 104F.

HELLO, URINE TEST FOR COMPLETE N MICROSCOPIC. BLOOD FOR PF PV. WIDAL TEST SEROLOGY FOR DENGUE TAB PARACETAMOL 500 THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD IN LOCAL PLACE AFTER REPORT. O.K
