Shivering and fever in the night

Have been suffering from fever and shivering(reoccurs in the night), mornings are usually fine. Dry cough when I get up and I go to bed, during the course of day no coughing. Oxygen levels are>96%, no other symptom of COVID. Is this some kind of viral fever. Have been taking dolo650 in the night and steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil
