Shivlingi seeds during pregnancy
Dear doctor, During the 2nd month of my pregnancy,I had taken 5 Shivlingi capsules with milk. On day 1,I took 1 capsule,on day 2 I took 2 capsules and on day 3,I took 2 capsules. I happened to read on internet that these Shivlingi seeds contain Testosterone and they may harm the female foetus. Also, excess Testosterone may cause harm to the brain of the developing foetus. I have a daughter who is 2.5 months old now and I constantly worry that Shivlingi would have caused damage to her brain. I am living with a lot of tension. Can Shivlingi cause Autism also? Internet is driving me crazy

Hello ma'am, First things first, there is no such harm mentioned or observed about Shivlingi. So kindly stop overthinking. Perhaps it helps in the development of the foetus, if consumed in a right way. However, you should not go for the self medication. Internet is a power, use it wisely. If you still have any queries feel free to contact, or you can meet me personally at my clinic at Karve Nagar, Pune. Take a good care of your baby with a stress-free mind. Happy to help you.

Hello User before answering this 1. Did you any doctor advised to take shivlingi capsule? and if yes then he/she is authentic ( degree holder/recognized with registration number), if no then who has advised you. 2. If doctor has advised you then you can ask there and doctor will explain most. 3. If anyone or google has advised you then you should also expect non-medical person or google to help you to deliver your baby !! ( may this you like harsh words) 4. Google is not authentic site.. anyone is explaining anything and people make trust on google more than doctor. 5. Better thing is consult your doctor if he./she has advised and if not then either take it with fully faithfully or stop it.. But there is not anything about testosterone or autism or anything harm things... But self medication is very very very risky in all aspect, Regards, Dr. Nikul Patel lifecareayurveda Ayurveda Consultant Ayurveda online and Offline consultant Ahmedabad, India whatsapp/Telegram - +91 98250 40844
