Short height
Hello, my age is 17 and my height is -170cm. Can anyone please tell me how i can increase my height before my growth plates fuse? I read everything about increasing height but nothing helps much. My father and mother have a height of around 173 and I am hoping to be at least 6 feet. please help me.

Growth plates should have been already fused by now. If you wish to confirm you can get your XRay Wrist AP and S Growth hormone levels done.
