At 19yrs you are unlikely to gain height. You may gain 1-2cm at the most at your age.
There is no medicine that will help you gain height. Maintain a good balanced diet and do regular exercise to help you be healthy and active.

Hello...is there any other health problem...if yes then consult a genetic specialist..if not then try taking an average of ir parents height...it will give you an idea about your final height...in any case height is known to increase up to age of 25 yrs...though the rate might decrease...so relax
