Short of breath
I am facing short of breath..I had consult practo dr online before they sujjest anything I rush to hospital for same prob in emergency where they test serum I've,X ray,CBC,thyroid...everything is normal...5 months ago I deliver baby through c section..I had hypertension BP that tym..I got 2d echo,ecg also... everything is fyn...they free me by saying it's anexiety...but again after 10 day m.feeling same...I dnt worry now..but I feel miss a breath rhythm..sobbing kind of for 10 min...then it's normal when m busy in sumthing...it happns usually when I eat,work..when I lay down I feel normal..there is no snore or any problam while sleep..even I feel good...but whenever I take small nap(due to by baby feeding in night)..I feel little stressed..sobbing..if I take complete sleep I dnt feel this .but shortness of breath occurs sometime for 10 min..I had cough for 2 month..I had ambrodil 2 bottle..after that cough gone but since then I started feeling shortness of breath . help me

Hi.. Your problems seem to be mainly due to anxiety.. irregular sleep pattern (due to feeding baby at night), lock down stress could be the reasons.. Relax yourself by reading books, listening to music, engaging yourself in some form of activity, getting adequate sleep.. stay active by doing exercises.. If your breathlessness persists despite the above measures, consult a pulmonologist..
