I can't express sorrow or anger in proper way I always heat my head to express what is going onto my mind instead of expressing into words for which people think I am a insane person which I am not in some cases I break household belongings which is actually a loss for me

Please seek the help of a counsellor or therapist who can help you find the words to express how you feel. Supressing your anger & frustration is not healthy in the long run. It is bound to come out in unhelpful ways.
