I have shortness of breathing from last few days. I had consulted my doctor. She checked ECG and everything was normal. No dry cough, no sneezing nothing. Only thing is whatever I eat, I feel like it is getting reverse back to chest and giving problems to normal breathing. Can anyone help me with remedies.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice
If you feel breathing difficulty immediately after eating stomach full and subsiding after some time you need to rule out asthma or airway disease
If symptoms starts after some time and symptoms persists more time then GERD could be the cause
But both the conditions can co exist
You consult near by pulmonologist and get evaluated
With your little history you may be have a simple Gasoesohageal reflex disease. Try not to have food just before lying down and keep an hour time and take small split meals than a heavier ones. .Anyways to consult a physician
