Shortened breathe and Lymphnodes paining
I underwent Bariatrics Surgery before 11 months .Post Bariatrics have been done some tests Regarding Blood and Nutrients.
I'm having vitamin B12 deficiency.
But before 2 month i had done same tests which showed well blood count and Nutrients.
But I'm having Shortness of Breath from 2 months
My Lymph nodes are paining at neck , armpits,groin area from 3 months.
Body temperature is high but no fever.
My CBC was observed good
Please suggest me the problem and which doctor should I consult.

Consult a General physician esp for lymph nodes. You need to get diagnosed.B12 can be supplemented at the same time but diagnosis of enlarged lymph nodes is immediately needed.
