Shortness of breath
I am diagnosed with ptb according to my chest-Xray
But, no general symptoms except I'm quick to be fatigued due to shortness of breath.I consulted to our local clinic and told me to undergo sputum test for DOTS program requirement.But I'm not coughing. But I'm having shortness of breath always and it's worsening.I'm experiencing chest pain bot sides.
Can you help me?
Can I undergo medication without undergoing sputum test?

Some pts with Diabetis and with low immunity , they wil have Tb, without symptoms , but in X-ray problem will be there
