We observed slight swelling at neck near tyroid so we did neck ultrasound for my mother and reports says "enlarged right lobe with large thin walled cystic lesson of size 2.1x2.9x1.8 cm volume 5.8 cc, lesson have dense internal echoes and echogenic debri 1.5x2.7cm within. No demonstrable vascularity noted within the lesson.---likely to represent benign lesson, probably colloid cyst". should we go for FNAC test for further analysis or should we take some time and see is that swelling goes off by itself? please suggest. Thanks
