Should ,Neck Pain
Pain at the shoulder joint ,neck for many years .Visited many doctors .No issues with x Ray . no Pain Killer are reducing the Pain .Sometime stretching excercises are not giving relief.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Hello..well.. as you are saying that your x ray doesn't show any problem with the cervical spine then it must be related to your posture which might be occupational also... so I suggest you to look into this matter and also go for Physiotherapy regularly as it will help you... use hit bag for pain relief...using pain killers on regular basis is not adviced...thank you
