Shoulder bone fracture or dislocation
Hello sir ,
My mother have recently fell and there was a fracture on the shoulder bone or mislead arm bone . Is surgery required in this case or else can be set normally without a surgery . I have attached a xray of the part . Please help me kindly .

That is not a dislocation. That is s fracture and needs treatment
