Recurrent dislocations generally do not have good resolution with exercise alone.
A scan would show the state of your labrum. If there is Hill Sachs or Bankards lesion you surely need surgery.
However inspite of surgery, recovery could be prolonged.
However hard to diagnose unless a physiotherapist sees you.
Next Steps
shoulder exercises could help using specific protocols, if you are not having the above mentioned issues.
Health Tips
cant diagnose exactly unless you physically visit a physiotherapist.
Your ligament is lax that's why you are getting dislocation.
Please before starting any operative therapy please try to visit to nearest physiotherapy clinic.
hello, your dislocation of shoulder is because of your lax ligament and weak muscles so the best is go for a physiotherapy. your shoulder need strength and next is if you are planing for surgery then definitely you will need for a post operative physiotherapy session. then better to go conservative.and your second issue will also resolve with physiotherapy.
