Recurrent shoulder dislocation could be due to ligament and muscle laxity.
Next Steps
You should strengthen your shoulder muscles.
Health Tips
You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Recurrent dislocations generally do not have good resolution with exercise alone. A scan would show the state of your labrum.  If there is Hill Sachs or Bankards lesion you surely need surgery. However inspite of surgery, recovery could be prolonged. However hard to diagnose unless a physiotherapist sees you.
Next Steps
shoulder exercises could help using specific protocols, if you are not having the above mentioned issues.
Health Tips
cant diagnose exactly unless you physically visit a physiotherapist.

You need to work on your shoulder musculature strength so that they are able to hold the shoulder in position and don’t allow that to dislocate again.
