Recurrent dislocation may need surgery. Options are latarjet, modified boytchev, arthroscopic hill Sachs and bankart repair depending on bony and soft tissue changes in your shoulder . Share MRI and x-rays...

See recurrent dislocation need vigrous exercise of shoulder so that surrounding muscles can be strengthened to maintain humerus bone in acetabulum..
