If you had shoulder dislocation and relocated, if your axillary nerve is fine then you need physiotheraphy. Check with your doctor that axillary nerve is fine because it can cause deltoid weakness and step. If nerve is fine you will get muscle back with physio. If it dislocates again you need MRI arthrogram to look for capsular and larval tear
