Hey there...
Normally the dominant shoulder is slightly on the lower side in 90% cases. So if it's on your dominant arm, then it should be okay.
But if one of the shoulder is considerably higher than the other ( 2-3 cms) then its better to get assessed by a Physiotherapist.
Next Steps
See a Physiotherapist. The Physio will assess
-Shoulder joint and Muscle strength at the joint
- Posture : looking out for scoliosis, scoliosis is abnormal bending of spine which causes one side of the should to 'drop' & the other to 'rise' considerably ( functional scoliosis is easily correctable)
Hello
Shoulder drooping is may be caused due to muscular weakness /nerve weakness/postural problems, first we have to do assessment/examination clearly, than only we can give exact treatment for your Problem
Dont worry first you go n consult physiotherapis near you n take treatment
Next Steps

Health Tips

It may because of improper muscular balance
Some of the muscles may b tight and some my b weak
You have to consult a physio and find out those and take a proper exercise plan .
