Shoulder joint pain.
I am unable to rotate my hand freely,as while doing pushups i injured my shoulder and its paining. I did MRI as prescribed by doctor and it concluded as follows 1)Mild lateral downsloping type 1 acromion causing mild narrowing of supraspinatus outlet and impinging on supraspinatus tendon. 2)Mild tendinosis in the distal supraspinatus tendon near insertion consitent with tendinosis. 3)No evidence of rotator cuff tear noted at present 4)Mild fluid in the subacromial subdeltoid bursa. So i consulted doctor and he suggested me tendoheal and physiotherapy. But its been a month and no improvement.

Dear Sir, your MRI scan report shows that there is a minor inflammation in the joint, doing too much physio will not let it settle down, give it rest, keep doing your work but avoid postures that cause pain, once or twice in a day do complete range of movement exercises, just sufficient to prevent stiffness, not too much, keep taking NSAID, drug that your doctor would have advised you. Give it some time to heal, and see that it will resolve.
Next Steps
Avoid excessive physio, and give rest to the joint so that it may heal itself
