  3. Shoulder joint pain. Should be taken?

Shoulder joint pain
I have recently injured my shoulder I guess. I can't figure out whether it was cricket or working out. My shoulder joint hurts a lot if I move it in a certain degree otherwise it's fine and I hear a crackling noise when I move it. Please advise on what steps should be taken regarding the same.
