Have been suffering with shoulder pain of both side & neck pain from 3 months. I have taken medicine as advice my doctor. Age 32

Hello! It seems your origin of pain is neck. The spasm in the neck is radiating to both the shoulder. It could be radiculopathy with symptoms of nerve impingement. It's better to consult a Physiotherapist to get it diagnosed. She can check the neck and shoulder ranges and strength
