Shoulder Nerves
I met an accident last year and fall from my bike towards left shoulder from my bike..That time I met doctor and he consulted for x-ray but don't find anything after months I have slight pain in my shoulder also have too much crackling on left portion(include shoulder ,left back and fingers) cause numbness in fingers and some time I feel like some nerves are their back in shoulder and after crackling it went fine ,i met a doctor and done MRI as well and he diagnose some weakness and referred some exercise for a month ..Done that but no result..Now he is saying that it is just my thinking that I am sick but I am not ..I am clueless .Please help😶

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Dear Sir Shoulder pain could be due to several conditions. A detailed clinical examination by a orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon is recommended

I got your point. ..usually drs they are unaware of myofascial trigger points nd their consequences.... so dont bother.   Meet with any good sports physiotherapist who can rekese all these hyperolirritable contraction knots nd make u Pain nd all discomfrt free .
