Hello dear 3 years shoulder pain at your age can have two possible reasons: subtle shoulder instability and scapular dyskinesia. Unfortunately none of them can be picked up on an x-ray. If you could add more points in history i can lend help narrow down the diagnosis: 1. Have you had recurrent neck pains as well? 2. Have you ever dislocated your shoulder? 3. Do you have additional symptoms such as hair fall , acidity, cramps, fatigue, forgetfulness etc. Consult back with the added points in history. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
