Shoulder pain and neck pain
Actually I traveled from Tamil Nadu to Pune by train last week, from the very next day I got pain in shoulder and neck. I tried moov and other oils also I tried hot water bath.but still the pain is there.

If pain is too much ,you should visit a manual physical therapist. It sounds like due to bad posture you got this pain.Use Celadrin cream apply locally 2 to 3 times a day.
Next Steps
if after taking rest and hot fermentation pain didn't subside.Need some professional help.Need to check is the any disc prolapse or not.

1).take a lot of water . 2).little bit range of motion exercise. 3).mild stretching.

You may have got muscle spasm. You can do gentle neck stretching exercises and apply ice packs for 15 mins three times. If pain persists can take couple Physiotherapy sessions of Ultrasound IFT to get quick relief. Watch your posture and avoid prolong neck bending.
