Shoulder pain
Casually One of friend pulled my right hand very strongly ...at that same time I felt serious pain in my hand and arm...But I didn't observed any swelling around arm and shoulder...later I took MRI of right shoulder and arm...I attached those two MRI results pages with this query..Is any surgery required to shoulder for this MRI findings ? .....kindly suggest me for further ?

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

No surgery required. Wear a shoulder immobiliser for 4-5 weeks Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help.

Share x-rays to rule out greater tuberosity humerus.
