Fell down in the bathroom with a jerk to my shoulder ..fell with my left hand holding the wall cause of which I gave a jerk to my shoulder..it pains now when I move in certain directions

First get an x ray shoulder and  ultrasound shoulder.

ice packs two to three times in a day
