Shoulder pain for 4 months
I am a badminton freak and a got shoulder pain during the play. Visited Columbia Asia, Sarjapur, bangalore for this and was advised 2 week medication. An X-ray and uric acid test was conducted and reports were absolutely normal. Feeling the pain on daily basis on my right shoulder and it seems to be affecting upper right arm too. Please advice whom and where to get treated.I need to back to my sport again

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi, you probably got impingement. Your symptoms will improve with physio and cuff strengthening exercises . If still not improved then you might need injection in subacromial space. consult shoulder surgeon. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B . Shoulder surgeon. Thorraipakkam. OMR. Chennai

Hi, U should go for physio sessions.. as said by Dr. sivaraman.. IFT, Steam or Ultrasound and shoulder mobilization wirh strengthening exrecises with weights and therabands.. u should be fine..
