Respected Sir/Mam, This is VIGNESHWARAN ...preparing govt examination...I m gonna give Tnpsc group 1 main Exm on next month... Which is fully descriptive type...3hrs continious writing needed...now I have severe shoulder pain and right hand pain...I can't write more than 2 hrs continuously....what is the prob? Why canto write 3hrs continuously without pain...I try all type writing methods and suitable pen...still my pain not reduced...I request you to give a solution to my prob..

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Consult a physiotherapist and take the treatment mainly IFT for a week then you will be alright dont worry prepare well for exams and do the exercises daily.
