Shoulder pain
I am 15 years old, I don't do drugs or smoke. I am fit. for a few months, I have developed pain in my right shoulder, it started dull and barely noticeable at night, in the past time, it has gotten worse and worse to a more sharp but localized pain in my shoulder that can keep me up at night. Hi User ! As per your history, the probable cause of your pain is a scapular dyskinesia secondary to pain. the reason for pain can be many but the treatment of most is physiotherapy and rehabilitation and exercises. please refer to Pune Shoulder Rehabilitation Programme and do these exrcises under supervision of a physiotherapist. you ll just be fine. all the best.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.
