  4. Shoulder Pain. It hurts to breathe.

I am a 20 year old female and for the past four days I've been having back left shoulder pain and it's a sharp almost consistent pain. There is tension throughout the whole day in my left shoulder and at certain points the pain gets to where it hurts to breathe.

Looks like muscle sprain rest , hot Fomentation NSAIDs for five days trial can be suggested.
