I have a lingering pain on my right shoulder. It causes discomfort as I turn towards my right while sleeping. I can touch the muscle as it is on the front side of shoulder joint. I can feel a pain when I press the muscle.
This started almost 3-4 weeks ago after a strenous a Boxing workout (Bag Work). After that I rested my upper body for 2 weeks and slowly the pain subsided (not completely). It reoccurs every time I lift anything from my right hand, e.g. Bucket of water, etc.
I want to go back to working out as soon as possible. please suggest.
