Shoulder Pain
I have a lingering pain on my right shoulder. It causes discomfort as I turn towards my right while sleeping. I can touch the muscle as it is on the front side of shoulder joint. I can feel a pain when I press the muscle. This started almost 3-4 weeks ago after a strenous a Boxing workout (Bag Work). After that I rested my upper body for 2 weeks and slowly the pain subsided (not completely). It reoccurs every time I lift anything from my right hand, e.g. Bucket of water, etc. I want to go back to working out as soon as possible.  please suggest.

Based on your symptoms it seems that you might have injured your shoulder muscle or its tendon. The correct way is to go and see a physical therapist with an experience in sports related related injuries for an evaluation and treatment.
Next Steps
Start with pain medication and anti-inflammatory to reduce pain and inflammation in soft tissue, rest and ice. Say no to right upper extremity workout for at least 3-4 weeks, it could take 4-6 weks to heal.
Health Tips
Rest and apply cold packs 5-6 times a day for 15 min duration.
