I have a pulling shoulder pain on left side and litely neck pain. If we raise up hand it hurts.

It is may be pain from neck or subacromial bursitis.consult Shoulder consultant. You need further evaluation. Clinical evaluations mostly will bring diagnosis. Opinion given by Shoulder and Elbow consultant from Chennai.
