Shoulder pain
I have suffering from shoulder pain since last 3 yrs. I am unable to identify whether it is muscle or bone. But a kind of frequent stretching sensation is felt in the muscle. The affected portion also pains in frequent times. I had consulted few doctors they said it is muscle stiffness. But no change occurred after taking muscle relaxant.

Consult shoulder specialist. You need evaluation to find out the problem. It most likely impingement. It will settle with physio and injection in subacromial space. Hope this info helps. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Consultant Shoulder specialist, OMR, Chennai

Your problem appears to be impingement syndrome. This will be best tackled by Physiotherapy sessions to control pain followed by strengthening exercises. Consult orthopedic physiotherapist for its management.
