Shoulder pain
I'm 18 years old and I've had a shoulder dislocation about 10 months back and I've had quite a lot of instability. Lately, my shoulder has been snapping when I move it and it is giving me quite a lot of pain. I have started getting spasms in my neck. What should I do?

Firstly, stop moving your shoulder to the end of the range. See if your shoulder elevates while lifting the arm (ideally it shouldn't). Instability means your joint had not healed completely or your muscles are weak. Consult a Physiotherapist and get it evaluated.
Next Steps
If needed, repeat MRI
Health Tips
not to sleep on this side and avoid full movement to the end
