Shoulder pain internally
In my left arm I found some pain internally I realise one night I sleplt and next day morning I felt there is cramp on my back neck left side by the date by date this pain internally moves to my shoulder and front of the shoulder when I was sleeping in left side after waking up there is pain my whole hand left side I don't feel any strength in my left arm for 3 to 4 second I feel the pain in my shoulder bone internally but when I m rising my hand roll my hand and any exercise there is little pain but waking up with the hand I feel pain and no strength in my left hand for 3 tu 4 second
