Below are my xray reports. Have consulted thrice. The pain is still the same. While I move my hand up and down the pain can be felt. Kindly suggest what should be my next steps.

Hi. Pain while moving your shoulder up and down might suggest you might have a rotator cuff strain which needs clinical evaluation. If tests suggest that you have some strain in your cuff muscles then you might have to consider mri. If clinical tests are negative then rest and medication will definitely help you. Xray appears to be normal but muscles are not seen on xrays. I hope you understand. Take care
