Pain in shoulder rotation for about a month. Relieved when I apply ice pack. As soon as I start hitting Gym, it catches again. Now, it pains on shoulder rotation, triceps and hand movement.

Hi dear..looks like u either have a muscle or tendon pull.thats why your shoukder is restricting natural movements to protect that part..i suggest you should get assessed for biceps tendon.supraspinatus muscle and impingements..
