Shoulders and neck pain. Advise me.

In Diabetic patients shoulder getting affected is very common in the form of frozen shoulder. Get it checked with a Orthopaedics surgeon. Shoulder pain can also be radiation down the cervical spine. Let alone the complicated things mentioned above it can be simple autonomic trigger point pain which affects both neck and shoulder due to abnormal sleeping postures. Take painkillers whatever your tummy agrees with and exercise once pain gets down. If pain does not get better meet a orthopaedician

Get checked by orthopedics for frozen shoulder and cirvical spodylosis
