Shrinks kidney
Blood creatinine is 5.91mg/dl, both kidney s shrinks in size,normal bp ,sugar,no major disease,only bone pain in body.
Dr. Says it is 5-10% functioning.gives some medicine for 1month and after that will check again for going to dialysis or not.iam getting frustrated.please give advice.

You are having chronic kidney disease(CKD) ....need evaluation of iron status...calcium and phosphate level....hemogram...vaccination to hepatitis B if seronegative...and prepare for AV fistula to start haemodialysis regularly
