My son age 4- weight 21 kgs has speech delay. On someone's suggestion we consulted a homeopathy doctor who prescribed some medicines and gave a prescription but my son became really hyperactive a week after taking them and experienced symptoms that he never had. We consulted another doctor then who gave an antidote and he became fine and started new medications. This time he has again become terribly hyperactive and is facing the same symptoms but this time we do not know what medications were given to him. Is there a universal antidote that can work in this case. Also is there a natural way to reduce the side effects considering that he was never told to refrain from eating anything.

This is less likely to be effect of homeopathic medicine.
Also it does not be long lasting until it has been given too often.
Universal antidote is coffee but with condition applied.
