Hi please list the medicines used. Also let us know why you are taking those medicines. It is important to know these. My suggestion is that you consult appropriate specialist. E.g if you are taking psychiatric medicines consult a Psychiatrist. Nowadays we can change medicines with less side effects. However this should be done under supervision. Please continue your current treatment till then. Also go for regular walking, eat healthy diet. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
Next Steps
list medicines, consult appropriate specialist e.g Psychiatrist
Health Tips
healthy diet, regular walking, avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. take medicines till you get a proper plan from a specialist doctor
