  4. Side effects of meprate. The cause?

Side effects of meprate
My friend had delayed periods so she took meprate for 5 days, she got her periods after 2 days of course, but she has back pain,abdominal bloating and shoulder pain now, the periods stopped in 7 days and today started getting white discharge from vagina and breasts. What maybe the cause? She worried as the google shows ectopic pregnency,cancer and what not. Please help
