Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Medicines are just one part any psychic treatments as they mostly suppress the symptoms. For permanent cure, in parallel you need to take the non medicine treatment plan like few lifestyle changes, self therapies, excersise, dietary change along with regular counselling session. I see you have tried CBT earlier but no result. But not sure how effectively you adopted and followed it with a holistic approach. As body and mind are interlinked, sometimes body condition also trigger a lot on mental disturbance. So it's needs a holistic analysis to recommend a alternative solution. As I am also an ayurveda wellness counseller, can guide you on the other alternative and home remedies solution through Ayurveda as well.
