Sight problem
I am getting headache daily even though I am using spectacles. I have short sight -2 power. I am working in Amazon so have to sit in front of computer for nine hours and I will work in night shifts. I am getting severe headache daily mostly left side. i will use spectacles continously. what should i do? Is that because of change in the power?

When did you change your spectacle ? At least ones a year check up is adviced and also your symptoms looks like computer vision syndrome.
